So we are THRILLED to announce that we have been awarded Devon Club of the Year 2016! Our thanks go to PKF Francis Clark for sponsoring this award.
Our Photo Gallery has many pictures of Exe Hockey Club celebrating in picking up this award, with guest speaker, Olympian Colin Jackson CBE, who gave an inspiring after dinner speech, encouraging all those present to "think big".
We are also extremely proud to announce that Jill Dupain, our Exe HC Junior Co-ordinator, was awarded Devon Volunteer of the Year 2016. We thank Active Devon for sponsoring this award.
In addition to this award, founder of the Charity, Tony Rowe OBE, announced that the Exeter Foundation were sponsoring an additional award: the Foundation were unanimous in agreeing that Jill Dupain be recognised for her outstanding contribution and dedication to sport. It is with huge pleasure that we announce that Jill picked up a further award for her Outstanding Contribution to Sport in Devon 2016.
A fantastic end to the 2015/2016 season!
Preparations for the new season 2016/2017 are well under way and we look forward to welcoming new members to this exciting and expanding Club.
