Our Annual General Meeting will be held at Exeter Saracens Rugby Club on Friday 6th May starting at 7pm.
The agenda, minutes from last year's meeting and job descriptions for all the vacant committee positions will be emailed out shortly. If you haven't received your email by 27th April please email Becky Fagg exehockeysecretary@gmail.com or Jane Bailey exehockeychair@gmail.com.
A social event will follow the AGM so please make every effort to attend as you will be able to vote for our Club Member of the Year Award + witness the presentation of other Awards.
Attendance at the AGM will give free entry to a raffle for two lucky members to win the first half of their subscription for next season.
