Exe 3's continued their winning streak at home to White Eagle's 2. With an attacking start, Exe pieced together some fantastic linking passes to threaten the Eagle's defence. However, it wasn't long before Jem Brooker capitalised on Exe's possession scoring in swift succession to bring us to 2-0. Captain Emma Renshaw swept in a super reverse stick shot to bring us to 3-0 at half time.
After the break, Exe continued to fight determinedly, winning short after short. Despite a scrappy goal from the opponent, Exe's sound team effort led to more goals. Charlotte Pounder scored an excellent goal from a deflection followed by two more goals from Jem Brooker bringing the final score to 6-1 at full time. Queen of the game was awarded to Hannah Miller for superb defensive work!
