Exe hosted local rivals Isca 2s on a beautiful sunny morning at St Peters. With five matches left before the end of the season Exe are still hoping for promotion while Isca were hoping to pull out a result in the Exeter derby. It was a Exe who got off to a flying start with goals for Becky Fagg, Anna-Mae Morton and Lorel Wallis (2) within the first 20 minutes and the home side went into half time with a comfortable 4-0 lead. Isca were not going down without a fight however and it was their fight back in the second half now that took the game to 4-2 with ten minutes left. Exe finally closed out the match with a goal from Julie Allison to secure the three points.
