| Match Report | On a cold and blustery day in Clevedon, Exe travelled away to Somerset Gryphons in a battle for the middle of the league. After a lack lustre start, Exe began to mount the attacks, but to no avail. Against the run of play, SG scored before half time to make it 1-0. However, after a chat from Popey Jo, Exe came out fighting and began to dominate the game. After some hard work from both the backs and midfield, Fi Moran took her chance to score the first goal. A short corner quickly followed with a deflection by Josie Hassall. Exe consolidated their win with 5 mins to go with 2 goals in quick succession from Captain Kate Wright and another from Hassall, who also claimed MoM.
