| Match Report | Exe 5ths faced an afternoon match at top of the table Dawlish. Starting strongly Exe had a lot of the early play but without luck in front of goal. Against the run of play Dawlish broke from their own line at flicked a lovely reverse stick up and over Maya Fielding in goal. A second goal followed quickly before Exe recovered to hold more of the possession until half time. Half time: 2-0 Looking more tired after the break Dawlish peppered to Exe goal but some fabulous saves from Maya's feet, sticks and gloves kept it to one further goal for much of the 35 minutes. Dawlish had one lifted strike from a short corner disallowed for failing to hit the back board, but a short corner awarded as the final whistle went was successful with all of the Dawlish team up in the D.
