Ladies 5th XI Vs Teign 3 (First League Match)

Esme scored a cracking straight in goal to get the match going resulting in the score becoming 1-0 to EXE. The defence line was solid with Amelia shadowing the centre forward, Naomi taking out any player with a ball who got through. After working so hard during the first half not long before the whistle was blown Teign scored a goal followed by another not long after leaving the score at half time 3-1

. Exe started the second half of strong with Maya (goalie) having a smashing match being confident in every move she made, keeping as many balls out the net as she could. 
A flick was called against Exe, Teign scored there 4th goal Maya was close to saving it going the right way.
Exe carried on fighting for another goal but sadly we didn't achieve it, everyone was trying hard 2minutes to go until the end of the match and Teign scored a brilliant goal of the back of the stick into the corner of the goal. Leaving the results being 5-1 to Teign
