Come back Becky, all is forgiven!! Not our finest performance of the season. It was always going to be a tough match and Sidmouth and Ottery were out to spoil our party. Mentally we did not turn up. It was was 1-0 to the opposition after about 10mins, and that is how the first half finished up. It was not ideal but not insurmountable...or so we thought. Some tough umpiring decisions saw Izzy Olney get her first green card for not retreating, a couple of goals later and Sian received her yellow card for the same offence. Heads down and it basically went to pot. Every tackle we put in came out S&Os way, every bobble of the ball went against us. Lady Luck was not on our side. With promotion in the bag today's result was not important but losing 6-0 is never nice. Let's finish the season in style nice week girls. Man of the match - undecided!
