| Match Report | A determined Exe 4s arrived in Torquay full of hope and drive ready to take on Torbay2s. The first half was a very slow burner with nether side making any fast attacking runs. The Exe 4 were awarded a short corner in which the ball was struck by Amanda for a perfect deflection into the goal from Delilah. The score was 1-0. Then the umpire decided to dis-allow the goal as he said the ball was "lifted" into the goal! Exe 4s re focused and Torbay found it hard to get passed Exe defence and mid field.
Another attack came from Exe. A great goal acheived from a team effort came from Amanda Royle. Exe were 1-0 up and determined to keep the score like this.
A great defence and attacking game from Jess Hill playing left half earnt her Man of the match. Well done Jess.
Exe take on DART next week and we are looking forward to it!
