Exe took on their old rivals isca away this Saturday. It was a good start from Exe who were unlucky not to score in the first half, isca gave away a few short corners and Exe couldn't capitalise on their mistakes. Helen Tully made some great runs through the middle of the pitch. Solid defensive work from Kate Wright and Exe looked like a strong force going forward, linking some lovely passes with becky Fagg, anna mae Morton and a near miss by kelly Barrett. Isca were able to get a goal from a straight strike at a short corner and despite exes best efforts they were just not able to get one in the back of the net.
