| Match Report | Exe II started brightly with Lucy Brook scoring early on her twos debut after a superb move down the left involving Helena Nichols and Nicole Thackray. Tavistock were always threatening and two goals in close succession gave them the half time lead. Player of the match Rosie Karakusevic continued to thwart Tavistock’s efforts with tackle after tackle, but Exe were caught on the break to go two goals down. The home team rallied and pressed hard for the last 10mins with a goal from Karen Tinley as a reward, however the equaliser could not be found. |
