Exe travelled across town to take on local rivals Isca. Exe started off quickly attacking down the right, with Becky Fagg putting the ball right across the goal mouth, but unfortunately no one could get a touch to give Exe an early lead. It was then Isca who grew stronger throughout the first half and with Exe struggling to get to grips with the pitch only Man of the Match goalkeeper Suzy Eagles keeping Exe in the match. Isca then made their pressure tell and took the lead towards the end of the half. After the break Exe came to life, taking the game to Isca and dominating possession and territory. After a number of chances to bring the game level, Laura Allen rounded the keeper before firing high into the net to score for Exe. In the last 10 mins both teams had chances to take the win, but a very competitive game ended 1-1.
